What can we do

We provide public and academic institutions with reliable insights into how society thinks, speaks, and reacts online. To date, we've co-created over 120 research projects for institutions in 34 countries. We've acted as subcontractors and consortium partners in grants funded by the National Centre for Research and Development, the National Science Centre, and the European Commission – including Horizon programmes. Our work also includes projects delivered for institutions such as the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Audencia SciencesCom.

What can we do for your institution?

Deliver data on critical topics including conflict narratives, social sentiment, disinformation, and political communication – our tools and methods are language-agnostic.

Provide datasets for independent analysis or conduct full end-to-end research and deliver ready-to-use results with expert interpretation.

Collect the full spectrum of social media data – text, images, and video content – including paid content. We gather data from key platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, as well as forums and other online sources. We ensure full compliance with EU regulations – including GDPR standards and platform policies.
