Promoted-only Tweets are Promoted Tweets that are only shown to users targeted in your advertising campaigns – so they are only shown to people that you choose.
Unless specifically targeted, Promoted Tweets do not show up on your followers’ timelines. When they are seen by your specified and targeted user, they appear to be normal Tweets and can be shared, Retweeted and receive replies – as every other Tweet.
