We can’t improve a Facebook Page unless we look at the data. Thankfully, Facebook provides us with some via Facebook Insights.

How do I check Facebook Insights?

To get to Facebook Insights, you have to do the following:

  • Open your Page.
  • Click the ‘Insights’ button at the top of the page.

If you want some basic information, you can find it on the right side of your screen when you browse through business manager. But if you want more data, you have to check out Facebook Insights

You can choose from a wide range of statistics tabs, such as ‘reach’, ‘likes’ or ‘people’. If these statistics aren’t enough, you can find more in a social media analytics and moderation tool, like Sotrender. You’ll find much more data, such as your negative feedback or the number of engaged Facebook users.
