When will Sotrender send me my invoices?

Depending on the selected payment method, you can expect invoices: Within 24 hours after charging your account (credit cards payments). Invoices will be available in panel Settings, under ‘Invoices’ tab. According to your individual contract (bank transfers). Invoices will be sent via email.

In what currency will I receive my invoices?

In Sotrender we have 2 payment methods. Your options are the following: Credit card – Invoices are settled in Polish Zloty (PLN), Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or British Pound (GBP). Bank transfer – Invoices may be settled in any currency and it’s always described in the client’s individual contract.

Can I change the profiles added to my account?

Yes, you can change and remove already added profiles. Just go to your account Settings and remove the selected profile. It will disappear at the end of the current billing period. Then you will be able to add new profile.
