If you would like to change the user’s account type or delete the account, you can do it yourself in our app.
How to do it?
- Log in to Sotrender.
- Click on your email address (in the right upper corner) and then User management.
- Click on “three dots” next to the user and then “Edit user data” from the menu.
- In the section “Type” you can select “User or Manager” access, then confirm with the “Save” button.
- In case you would like to delete the user, just click on the “Delete user” button.
