The time of response is the time between publishing a post by a user on your Page and the time of your brand’s answer. An answer is considered to be commenting on a post. We don’t consider liking a post to be an answer. If mentions of your profile appear as posts on the Page – they are also taken into account. Also, deleted posts can be taken into account if we managed to gather data before they were deleted (we gather data several times a day).
