In <a title=\"Click to see the page\" href=\"http:\/\/sotrender.com\" target=\"_blank\">Sotrender<\/a>,  we know that it\u2019s better to prevent a crisis rather than to solve one. That\u2019s why we\u2019re introducing a new function that will help you quickly react to your users negative feedback. We call it&#8230; well,  negative feedback.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>But firstly,  let\u2019s answer this question:<\/p>\n<h2>What is negative feedback?<\/h2>\n<p>We can divide negative feedback into the four following types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hiding a post, <\/li>\n<li>Hiding all posts from a Page, <\/li>\n<li>Reporting spam<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawing likes from a Page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_18265\" style=\"width: 216px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/negative-feedback.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18265\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18265\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/negative-feedback.png\" alt=\"How to find negative feedback feature\" width=\"206\" height=\"587\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-18265\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">How to find negative feedback feature<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All of these actions lead to a decrease in the number of users reached by your communication. It\u2019s also a strong indicator that some of the content on your Page is considered unnecessary or annoying to fans. From now on,  you can follow any negative feedback from your users and react to even the smallest sign of disappointment. You can find the feature in the Engagement section in the Sotrender tool.
