The fact that a brand\u00a0leads on\u00a0Facebook doesn\u2019t mean it will\u00a0lead also on Twitter. The reports, apart from the rankings of all Indonesian brands, include also results of Facebook Pages and Twitter profiles from 9 categories<\/strong>: automotive, banks, beverages, cosmetics, e-commerce, fashion, food, technologies and telecomunications. The results of each category are divided into different types of rankings.<\/p>\n

In case of Facebook, they take into consideration the number of fans (the biggest Facebook fanpages), the number of engaged users (the most engaging Facebook fanpages) as well as customer service. The later is related to the number of users posts and the fact how many of them were answered in a given period of time. The last ranking regards the best posts published by brands from particular categories in a chosen period.<\/p>\n

As far as Twitter is concerned, the report has four different types of rankings: according to the number of followers (the biggest Twitter profiles), the number of activities per tweet (the most engaging Twitter profiles) and the number of @mentions (the most mentioned Twitter profiles). We also added the ranking concerning the level of Activity Index – our weighted index measuring all activities that occur within a Twitter profile (the most interactive Twitter profiles).<\/p>\n
