We regularly improve this feature to make reporting faster and better suited to the needs of both you and your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026.07.30<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Export to XLSX<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now export any report to an XLSX file. It\u2019s an easy way to continue working with your data in spreadsheets, combine it with other data sources, or create your own analyses, charts, and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/xlsx-export.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To export a report, open the menu next to the <strong>Export<\/strong> button and choose <strong>XLSX<\/strong>. Just like PDF exports, the generated file will be available later in the <strong>Downloads<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New report templates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve refreshed the existing report templates and added several new ones, making it even faster to create reports tailored to your needs. We\u2019ve also expanded the selection of competitor comparison templates, making it easier to analyze and compare performance across multiple profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026.07.14<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new look for PDF reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports exported to PDF now have a cleaner, more professional design. This means that once you have created a report layout, you can quickly reuse it to create a report for another profile or a new competitor comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/copy-report-3.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>\u201cCopy\u201d<\/strong> button in your reports list. An exact copy of your report will be created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the report editor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the profiles you do not want to include<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the profiles you want to include in the report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sort data in tables<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now sort table data by any column. Want to see which posts had the highest reach? Or which received the most likes? You can display table data in the order that best suits your needs.
