If you do not have access to the fanpage, please contact the administrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secondly, please make sure that your Instagram account is a business one. In order to check it, you need to login using the Instagram mobile app, then go to Settings -&gt; Account -&gt; Switch account type. Please make sure that the \u201c<\/span><b>Switch to Personal Account<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d option is visible.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the option is visible &#8211; you account Instagram account is a business one.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9651\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image14-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9653 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image6-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the option is not visible- click on \u201cSwitch to professional account\u201d and check next steps under \u201cHow to properly connect your Instagram account with Facebook\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9655\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image29-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, you need to make sure that Instagram account is connected to the correct Facebook fanpage. Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Log in to your account using the Instagram mobile app. Then go to Settings -&gt; Account -&gt; Sharing in other apps, and check what name is showing up next to Facebook section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. If it is the correct fanpage name &#8211; it\u2019s OK.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9657\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image27-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. If other name is showing up i.e. your private Facebook, go to \u201cHow to properly connect your Instagram account with Facebook\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9659 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image21-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Login using your Instagram mobile app. Go to \u201cEdit profile\u201d and check if the \u201cConfirm\u201d button shows up.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. If so, click \u201cConfirm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9661 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If it does not- go to the next step.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9663 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image11-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"757\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Login to your Facebook on your PC. Go to your fanpage, that Instagram account should be connected to. Go to: Page Settings -&gt; Instagram, and check which profile your fanpage is connected to.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. If the correct Instagram account shows up &#8211; your accounts are linked correctly!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. If there is a different Instagram account, click on the \u201cDisconnect\u201d button and go to \u201cHow to properly connect your Instagram account with Facebook\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img
