Are you missing Insights data after adding authorization?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have prepared a bunch of tips that may be helpful in such a case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firstly, please check if the profile shows up in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/settings?tab=business_tools&amp;ref=settings\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business integrations<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If so, please tick all the checkboxes and re-add the authorization in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.sotrender.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sotrender<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9605\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/pages-that-you-manage-on-facebook-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"583\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If it does not, please check if you have access to the fanpage (Go to your fanpage -&gt; Settings -&gt; Page Roles).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9639\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sotrender.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Zrzut-ekranu-2021-12-27-o-12.09.17-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"622\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you do have access &#8211; remove Sotrender from business integrations, relog in the Sotrender app and refresh the authorization.
